So as I’ve mentioned in previous posts, my MacBook had been experiencing heat issues and I recently purchased Cool Feet to help dispersing some of it; and it has helped the situation, somewhat.
So the other night, I decided to write Steve Jobs an email to express my thoughts about the problems I’ve experienced thus far with my MacBook. (Note: This decision was based on hearing other people’s experience of getting their opinion heard when emailing him.) Anyways, today I got a reply from Apple, not from Steve Jobs, but from an Apple exec who has opened a file on my case. She says she’ll look into my case and that I should bring my MacBook in to a AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) to get my system looked at and see if there is indeed a hardware issue.
I’ve been instructed to keep her updated after I’ve had my MacBook brought into a AASP and they’ve determined if there’s an hardware issue with it.
